We evaluate sustainability topics using a four step approach (Identification → Assessment → Analysis → Confirmation) informed by stakeholder surveys and internal leadership interviews.
This framework allows us to assess each issue based on its influence on:
- Financial performance
- Economic development
- Environmental outcomes
- Social wellbeing
We then integrate the final list of material topics into our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to ensure sustainability considerations directly inform strategic and operational decision-making.
